Penthouse Suite 612 is located at the Tesoro Ixtapa on the beach called Playa El Palmar in Ixtapa, Mexico and offers you complete hotel services with the modern conveniences of a privately owned condominium. We are on the top left of the photo to the left.

The view is nothing less than breathtaking of Ixtapa's beach and islands fronting the penthouse. Every room opens onto a terrace where the panorama of the deep blue Pacific Ocean dominates the view.

You may want to just relax on the terrace and enjoy watching the stars come out after a romantic sunset. And relaxation is what Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo is all about!

The condominium is fully furnished. A large living-dining area opens onto the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep up to 6 persons. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds. Both have terraces, ocean views, ensuite bathrooms and cable TV.

The living area has cable TV and a stereo CD/tape player for your entertainment.

Guests may enjoy the full services of the hotel including the pool and beach areas, the swim-up bar, and the hotel's restaurants.

Reservations

For rates and availability please contact the owners directly. We are happy to answer all your questions.

Deposit Requirements: 50% of rental due at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance is not received your reservation is subject to cancellation. Deposit is refundable only if property is re-rented, minus a 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation, 50% of deposit is useable towards future rental. Security deposit required during rental period.
