The Pepsi ball is on the other side of the bridge so if you're looking for another landmark to let you know it is nearly time to turn, there is a Honda motorcycle dealership on the right hand side. On the left, there is a big round stadium, then a little police module, and then a small university. If you see this, you should be in your turning lane. Note that this bridge in question with the Pepsi ball has a highway going across it. You'll also go under another bridge a minute or two before you get to the one you want, don't be confused by that.

You can actually turn left or right here, it doesn't make much of a difference since it is a ring road, and you're going to the opposite side. If you were to go straight, you'd eventually hit the ring road again on the other side of town. If you go left, you'll go through a more modern, commercialized part of Morelia, if you go right, you'll see the poorer side of town. Either way will eventually get you there, but right might be a bit longer in kilometres, but with less major intersections to confuse you.
