OK, I need a little help here since my espanol is no bueno.

I think I understand the barbeque pork part and I'm somewhat familiar with relleno meaning stuffed (I think), but what exactly is this delicious sounding food, especially the bolero part?

It's a bread roll. I have seen them called bolillos more often then boleros. There might be a slight difference that I am not aware of.
