CapitalOne change of debit card to the Discover

We have been coming to Zihua for many years and use our CapitalOne Mastercard branded debit card for daily and monthly cash withdrawals for expenses. We use Inbursa bank for this. Any old CapitalOne debit customers that have been upgraded to Discover used their new debit card in Zihua?
