We enjoyed another refreshing night of mild temperatures for perfect sleeping. Have I ever mentioned our perfect weather? Every day it's just perfect! This Thursday morning there were lots of folks out taking a stroll and getting their exercise while enjoying the coolness. Others were carrying purchases from the fishermen's market on the downtown beach.

Mexico's beloved president Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum will arrive in Zihuatanejo this Friday after driving up the coast from Acapulco and stopping in several communities along the way. She will be spending the night in Ixtapa. I hope she decides to take a stroll along our downtown waterfront!

The surf has picked up a little. There were some meter high waves rolling in along parts of the open coast. Not much in our bay, but the offshore breeze has been terrific today.
