What, me worry?
So, several friends have been contacting me asking if I am okay and what is the current state of crisis in Zihuatanejo, even my dear, sweet, pious, racist 87-year-old aunt who is terrified of Mexico. I have been sending them this photo and telling them that this is the vehicle that will be taking me to the airport tomorrow.

Good one! Hilarious! I knew the USA has been poorly informed by its co-opted main news sources, but I didn't realize the extent that misinformation dominated or the lack of the ability of the average citizen to actually access reliable information. I'm seeing panic and lies all over the internet. Folks who are canceling vacations based on such bad info would apparently be happier in Miami Beach. I was surprised by one comment I read by someone who said she was instead going to Israel because she felt safer under the IDF than Mexico's police and military forces. Even though I thought her comment was BS, I couldn't refrain myself from pointing out to her that the IDF is responsible for training and arming some of the cartels' members.

You do realize, of course, this would be easy to copy and paste and fan they hysteria.

Too late. The genie is out of the bottle. They don't need to copy 'n' paste this image. All they need do is ask one of the AI systems to create a graphic with whatever propaganda image they want and voila!, there it will be.
In the meantime, let's enjoy the creativity and humor from whomever created this fun graphic.
What, me worry?
Don’t be blaming the news sources, it’s the people watching them that are the problem. No different than it’s not the fault of the cartels supplying the drugs, it’s the drug users.
What, me worry?
Why isn’t it Trump behind the armaments, protecting the people of Mexico whom he loves so much?

Sociological anthropology shows us that throughout history humans seek to relax using a variety of substances. That fact isn't going away just because Henry J. Anslinger started a cult of noveau-Puritans based on of racism. Cannabis does not have roots in hell. Its users aren't wild-eyed zombies going to abuse women of European descent. Most users of stupidly banned substances are neither abusers nor addicts. And I'm pretty sure people wouldn't be ODing on crap substances if there were known quantities of known substances available that relieved them of emotional stress and anxieties for known periods of time. You know, like a beer or a margarita does. The entire problem is intentional and man-made, and it began in the USA. Cocaine used to be available in soft drinks, heroin in opium dens. Psilocybin and mescaline were ignored entirely by law enforcement until "hippies" started using them and having too much fun. So why are over 50 million U.S. citizens and other folks around the world now having to turn to the retailers of substances supplied by violent organized criminals for similar substances today? Why create the problem instead of simply removing a lot of the danger associated with such products? I don't care who wants to do whatever with their bodies as long as it doesn't negatively affect others. Why do so many people practice so much hypocrisy coming down on "drug users" while they drink their whiskey, take their prescribed medications for anxiety, inject themselves with substances they erroneously believe make them more attractive, wear clothing and jewelry produced by slave labor, and consume products that are produced by destroying forests and their occupants? Is it me? Am I missing something?
What, me worry?
THAT is one boss picture!!!!
