Sotavento update?

Anything going on at the Sotavento? Heard a rumor their is a new plan to get it completed.

In your dreams. Nothing visible going on, but the Closure notices are down, so they must have paid their property taxes. We have heard hammering once or twice this summer.

Would love to see it completed, it's a great location. At least it is no longer an eyesore.
