Paying my fedeicomiso (reply)

When we got our INE cards, the person had to get a supervisor who explained to him that people from the US don't use their mother's maiden name, so to leave that blank. Guess it depends upon which agency you work with.

Paying my fideicomiso (reply)

omg. Yes. That person was a nightmare. I have a trust with scotia bank. I had been updating credit cards each year so was in touch every year since 2012. Last year i had a question. She asked what name the trust is in, i told her my name. She said there was no trust in that name. So i hired a lawyer to get to fact that i had not given my middle name. Always fun here.

It's a good idea in Mexico to get accustomed to the fact that not only must we always use our full names on documents, but our full name includes our mother's maiden name.

Paying my fedeicomiso (reply)

my last 6 years of trying to deal with Amarantha were worse than dealing with the IRS. For a period about 3 years agon when she went on maternity leave it was easy to get quick responses from Scotia. When I was able to cancel my trust after selling my place last fall it was a big relief. I have heard but not positive that Scotia is not authorized to handle new fideicomisos.

Paying my fedeicomiso

Is anyone. Having the usual problem of not getting an answer from Amarantha Radilla Flores in ACAPULCO? I have been dealing with her for years and it seems like every other year it's a hassle to even get anything done through her one year I had to go to a lawyer to contact her. It seems like every other year I have to send my information and pictures of my credit card.when I first started paying 25 years ago it was much easier and they took the money out on time, it's went down hill the last 15 years. Any information if anyone else is having this problem this year would be greatly appreciated.
