I feel your pain. We're heading to Oaxaca a week from now. My left hip has been giving me fits. I have an inner join injection tomorrow. Hopefully, it'll help and kick in quickly. I anticipate a week of a lot of walking. The good news is that we'll then head to Troncones for a week, where all I'll do is sit under a palapa and watch the empty beach.

I hope you can find some comfort.

managed to damage my good knee two days ago on one of Zihua's irregular curbs in El Centro. Looking for the name of a ortho doc in Zihua who might be able to give a cortisone injection to get me by for a few weeks until I can get it properly evaluated where I have insurance. Any good or negative information( who to avoid) would be appreciated.
