It enjoyed the evening, it was a nice change to experience an event for a great cause. As I come here each year for long periods of time, I am beginning to seek these sorts of events to learn more about the area.

The meal was a variety of buffet options each hosted by different hotels in Ixtapa as well as a few restaurants like Bandidos and Don Fer and Armida. Each one had their own offering separate of the others so lots of choices. It was a nice way to experience something new.

The 500 pesos for the ticket was inexpensive for the overall experience. Except for water, you had to pay for other drinks, There was no pop, coffee or tea on the list but one hotel had Jamaica water. You could have gone to an outlet below the event and got something like that though. There was a raffle of a few items like a bottle of mezcal and scotch, an Alexa home entertainment module, a personal item (not sure what it was) and a painting by a local artist who was also attending the event. An excellent song and dance show followed showcasing various musicals and then music and dancing for those in attendance.
