Muelle principal early morning fishing

I have a couple of questions regarding food and beverages at the pier for an early morning fishing trip coming up in November. We were there four years ago and I am trying to see if I remember things correctly or am getting mixed up with fishing trips I've taken out of Mazatlán and Acapulco.

1. It seems that I remember some ladies in the parking lot cooking and selling food early in the morning. Is this a thing or am I confused?

2. Is there a convenience store located at the pier that opens that early selling soft drinks and beer or do I need to schlep it from my own refrigerator at 7ish in the morning?
