Recommendations Sought - Dash Cam and Window Tinting

I’m looking for recommendations for someone to install a dash camera setup for me. Separately im looking for a recommendation for having window tinting done.
For the window tinting, I don’t want to look like a gangsta.
I have a four-door camioneta. I want something dark in rear to keep the sun off of my dog. For the driver’s window and the front passenger’s window I want something with high light transmission but good UV blocking to keep heat out.
The place across the street from MegaCable has been recommended to me, but I’m not sure how I woukd get into there without being rear-ended.
FWIW, the dash cam is a Viofo A229 Pro 3 channel. The truck is a BYD Shark.

We can recommend the place across from Megacable for tinting. Their work and prices are good. Just drive into an open area. they will help you back out.
They have several options for tint colors - at least one that blocks UV & sun, but not so dark you can't see out of your windows, esp. at night.

We agree with the tinting recommendation.
Check with Ciudad PC on the dash cam installation.

Hola
A few years ago some friends of mine kept getting tickets because their windows were too dark. They had to drive with their windows down to avoid tickets

I’m glad to read that. Heavily darkened windows increase risks when drivers of other vehicles cannot get cues from seeing the head movements of a driver behind a “black wall”.

My questions are, "What happens if the tinting is from the factory? Does one have to replace their windows?"

I’m not aware of factory tint that is less than 50% visual light transmission for the front. I’m not aware of any jurisdiction where 50+% VLT would not be legal.
Generally, behind the driver any VLT rate is acceptable.

I had the tinting done across the street from MegaCable.
I went to get an estimate and an appointment to have it done. About 45 minutes later I drove away with the work done.
I got ceramic film, 20% visual light transmission for the rear passenger windows and for the back window. That means that 80% of the sun is blocked so that my dog will be protected from the heat of the sun.
I got 50% visible light transmission for the driver and front passenger windows so that I reduce the heat but I can “see and be seen” when driving.
The work appears to be quality.
I have installed car window tint and dash cams in my vehicles in the past, but frankly I find it too hot to do such work. These guys did a better job than what would have taken me a whole day in a cooler climate.
They don’t do dash camera installation and recommended Polarizado de Canal. I went there, but they don’t do it either.
I’m thinking maybe a car alarm or car audio shop. Lord knows there’s enough boomboxes and car alarms disturbing Zihuatanejo that there must be some such shops.

Obviously you checked with Ciudad PC, with no luck,
There is always Miggy, the king of auto electric stuff. He does everyone, taxi's combi's, normal people. He finally bought his own place in Estrella, just above where the checkpoint is on the highway on the way to the airport.
If that is your need, ask any cab driver, they can send you there.

Yes, PC Express said,
“Buenas tardes, no tenemos experiencia en desarmar partes de autos, sería mejor con alguien que instale sonido. Ya configuración si te podemos apoyar.”
I’ll see whether I can locate the person you suggested.

When you say “just above where the checkpoint is on the highway on the way to the airport”, do you mean in that building just to the right of the military checkpoint? (I think it might be a hotel.)
Something that I sometimes find charming, and sometimes irritating, is the number of businesses that don’t have signage.
I find it charming when I am one of the people who is “in the know” and it irritates me when I am not yet in the know.

No, above that. You turn in there and discover Estrella! No signs, are you kidding?
