Unable to login at kapital / intercam?
Hello.
1. I’m outside of Mexico and have been unable to access my accounts to make a Fideicomiso
payment since intercam switched. I reset my pw and it worked fine. Now the system refuses to let me in and even says I have the (indelible) answers to my security questions wrong. Staff is nice but cannot even contemplate the possibility of a technical glitch. Must be my fault, despite my having worked in computers since 1984. Sure.
They claim I have to physically come int o reset password. No other pw recuperation methods? No link sent to registered address?
Anyone know how to reach a manager or someone in Tech department? DF support just condescends or sends me back to the branch. I’m in the bureaucratic loop from hell.
Any other ideas?
2. Can anyone recommend a realtor for Troncones?

On a different matter, we had to get a medical form filled out, proof of life to keep our California state pension coming. They didn't like it, we used the same doctor here we had used for years. Changed doctors. Decided we needed a notarized statement. Wouldn't take on line notary. Finally had to fly to Mexico City, go to the US embassy, spend the night, yada yada yada. Finally worked, delayed payment for 2+ months.
At least for yours, all that will happen is that next time you pay you pay for two years.
May it be an easier process than ours was.

A friend’s family emigrated from Scotland to Canada when my friend was 3 years old. His parents, British citizens, became Canadian citizens just for the asking. My friend always believed he was Canadian. When he
Was in his 30s he discovered that he was supposed to have done something to confirm citizenship when he became an adult. It took him a couple of years to get confirmed.
Years later lost his citizenship card. He still had his passport but it took him over a year to get a replacement citizenship card. (All of the records were on paper files that had to be pulled from archives.)
Then he went five years without using his Social Insurance Number (like a US social security number) and it was made dormant. Another year to get it reactivated.
There are so many documentary matters that we take for granted when they work, but they can be a real problem when they don’t work smoothly.

Kapital locked me out of my accounts there about 5 weeks ago, I was a week away from traveling to Mexico so I handled it in person at the Ixtapa Branch where I started with Intercam 10 yrs ago, For me the jury is still out on Kapital. I will feel better when they get a swift code and funds can be transferred internationally to and from Mexico.

Download the new Kapital App on your phone. We have had no issues.
Kapital does have godd english speaking help if you need to call.

I guess I have been lucky as I have made two transfers in the last couple of weeks without problem. One was to a Kapital customer and the other at a different bank.

Try calling Fernando at the Ixtapa branch. He always helps us with any issues and we have been banking there for 15 plus years,
