Yep, they had some kind of shindig in front of the pier last night. Da Brass must be in town for the celebration of Día de la Marina.
Having the military around is very reassuring for most of us (in spite of the atrocities committed at the hands of a few during la Guerra Sucia, which continues to this day). We generally trust them more than we trust our police forces.
