Consider the source of the criticism. Seems like someone who is concerned with a personal financial gain oppurtunity that may be lost. That and sour grapes..... because it appears unlikekly the multi cruise ship pier within the bay is going to become a reality. Critics lose credibility when they lose objectivity. Looks like the objectivity can go into the lost file , where it can keep integrity and wisdom company.
