It seems that most people who post don't relish more cruise ships in the Bay. But I'm sure the cruise lines wouldn't stop if they knew that the Bay was fouled with human waste.
After all, if the cruise lines knew of the situation they would have to let their passengers know - or face a law suit-and what cruise line would want to tell their passengers that they were stopping at a polluted Bay.
Perhaps if the cruise ships stopped coming or at least if the cruise lines looked into this problem, and questioned the relevant authorities, you might get a sewage treatment facility.
