Has anyone had an experience (good or bad) with renting from Europcar? They seem to have the lowest rate. Also, what insurances are mandatory in Mexico? Would it be foolish to decline the insurances? Finally, can one get a better deal not renting from the airport but shopping around in town? I will really appreciate any insights you have to offer.
