This Saturday was very similar to Friday. For our visitors it was absolutely perfect beach weather, and while the beaches weren't full, there many people enjoying them. Especially Playa Principal where people can play their own music, have picnics on the beach, and enjoy being with their furry family members. No one was bothering anyone with blaring music, and people were quite careful to be considerate with their furry family members, cleaning up after them and keeping them under control. A shame that the stupid Blue Flag rules imposed on us by an unresponsive municipal government runs off so many people who travel with their pets nowadays.

The desecration of the Panteón de La Madera continues. Family members of people buried there are simply shocked that the municipal government would do such a thing against their will, disrespecting decades of local culture, but that's precisely what the current and former municipal administrations (the same family) have excelled at. Always to the benefit of the mayor's personal economic interests. A damn shame in this day and age.

This Sunday is the Gran Premio de México with the running of Formula 1 cars at 2:00 P.M. at the Hipódromo de los Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, the same place Lupita and I saw the Rolling Stones in January of 1995. Don't miss it!

There's a slight chance of rain Sunday evening, Monday, and again on Wednesday. Keeping fingers crossed!
