omg. Yes. That person was a nightmare. I have a trust with scotia bank. I had been updating credit cards each year so was in touch every year since 2012. Last year i had a question. She asked what name the trust is in, i told her my name. She said there was no trust in that name. So i hired a lawyer to get to fact that i had not given my middle name. Always fun here.
